~~Practising of HRM&D Processes in Pakistan.

~~Practising of HRM&D Processes in Pakistan....................

Practising of HRM&D processes in Pakistan is there from the last two decades, but still people believe that staffing is more appropriate on personal references. If that's true does that means we are not practising true HRM&D processes? If not, than how to change that perception?

My Point of view:
Yes we are practising true HR processed more time to digest and use to it in its real essence (practicing true & fair HR practices).....

The reason behind this fact and many other facts are hidden in our DNA; hidden in the soil of this land. See the past 800 years history, even go back to 1500 years and more, you are surprised to know that most of the ancestor / people of this part having same practices regardless of any religion / faith / customs etc.
Here we are not talking about 100% similarity, but majority is of same taste and mind set. For that reason in this part of world we see how many times intruders came here for this golden bird and left their norms, values, culture, socialization. The blend of such cultures makes the people of this part mentally unstable.

If we see our neighbour country India; their educational ratio as well as their Hi-tech sector is very good as compare to Pakistan. But still they don’t able to control their big economy problems. No doubt Pakistan has its own strength, but these powers are hidden under lots and lots of macro and micro level problems. Similarly Bangladesh, Nepal, Bhutan, and Sri Lanka are facing similar kind of problems at their end.

Highlighting these facts does not mean to let down the moral of any nation; or giving superiority to the people of other nations; on the contrary the idea behind is that to understand the weaknesses and threats will raise the possibilities, opportunities and strengths of any nation.

Any problem can be catered by good/solid practices, faith and belief; but it will take time…….so back to the specific question, we may say that it will work, but it will take time; might be longer than as compare with other countries (specially comparing with developed countries). They have their own problems with them.

Here in Pakistan many organizations are trying to indulge and practising the proper processes of HRM&D, but due to the generic problems discussed above these practices are overlapped by personnel approach. Many entrepreneurs do believe that his/her team is an asset of the company, but unfortunately they took things as granted and visualize people as commodity.

Looking this type of scenario, the key of success is to try and try the level best and then have to leave all to that ultimate power, who promises to listen us all to fulfill our dreams & desires, But with the condition of belief. And we do have our believes………..:)

Kindly share your point of view, because it is a thought process which can make change at any level ........ Successful people always discover the questions which they ask themselves and due to this approach and vision they will find their life turning into way they dreamed for; therefore don't let this process down.
